Ted Maul and The Defiled at Cardiff Barfly

This was an assignment for the magazine Rock Sound, but due to a change of staff and a commissioning cock-up only a text review is going in, so I thought I’d post the photos here.
I didn’t shoot the opening local band, Fell On Black Days from Ebbw Vale, but shot both the headliners Ted Maul and main support act The Defiled, because the review is/was about them booth. To give you an idea of the hit-rate involved, I shot 180 photos that evening and submitted the 18 shown here, expecting only one or possibly two to be used, but giving the editorial team options for sizing and layout.
