Vintage Wedding Fashion Shoot

// December 5th, 2010 // On Assignment

Wedding Couple at Nash Point

I shot this wedding fashion feature for Cardiff Life on a typical Welsh summer’s day – overcast and threatening rain!

The magazine wanted a vintage ’40s and ’50s sort of look, something like the film , Edge of Love so as far as the situation allowed I lit and composed then post processed for that sort of look. This was a staged fashion shoot but I try to bring some of the same glamour to the real weddings I shoot.

Laura Rowe at the magazine had put a lot of energy into organising this – and a shoot on this scale does take a LOT of organising!
